I would pick Crew All Hands on Deck by Jack and Lulu. In the fall, when these prints are available, Boys Giddy Up or Girls Giddy Up by Janet Selck would make another adorable quilt.

I think the Safari Soriree Organic fabrics by Dan Stiles for Birch Fabrics would look good for this pattern. This is a fun pattern, and one might even be able to position the elephants, monkeys, and giraffes to look as if they're walking up the steps!
